Mark spent his childhood drawing, playing football till dark, and reading Marvel superhero comics. He didn’t make it as a footballer or superhero, so he became the next best thing: a writer and illustrator of children’s books. Mark lives in Warwickshire with his wife and his two little superheroes, who happily play football till dark with their dad!
Matt Buckingham was born in Cheshire and grew up in the countryside. He studied Illustration at Loughborough University and went on to work as a freelance illustrator. Since then he has continued to invent stories and draw the kinds of pictures that he would have loved to have seen when he was growing up. Matt now lives in London and works as a full-time illustrator.
Matt Saunders is an illustrator, magician and animator based in London. His work is versatile and ever evolving, ranging from children’s books to designs for musicians. He enjoys creating unique images and solving visual problems.
Maxime Lebrun always loved to draw and colour as a kid, watching clouds through the windows at school and drawing dinosaurs in his school books till he studied youth illustration and animation for a degree in Epinal, France. He’s been working as a freelance illustrator for the past couple of years while living in London. He loves telling stories in his images, and playing with light and colours.

Mei is a designer and illustrator from Norway, currently based in the UK. She loves drawing all things cute and colourful, and aims to make art that brings a smile to people’s faces. Her hobbies include writing music and making bad, bilingual puns. She hopes to one day get good at video games.
Michael Terry was born in Folkestone and studied Graphic Design and Illustration at Folkestone Art School. He has since worked as a designer/typographer and has been a successful illustrator for over thirty years, recently illustrating many books for children. Michael lives and works by the coast in England with his partner Lindsey and three children. He also has three grown-up sons.

Mirelle is a Mexican illustrator, storyteller and concept artist. She often draws inspiration from Latin American cultures, constantly mixing the whimsical and the ordinary in colourful compositions that are both bold and vibrant. www.mirelleortega.com.
