Cani Chen

Cani is a print and pattern designer who has created kidswear, home décor and stationery. She is happiest when drawing cute animals and enjoys mixing up different mediums such as gouache, watercolour, collage and ink!

Cassie Cook

Cassie Cook lives in London with her two sausage dogs, Ketchup and Mustard. When she's not busy writing books, Cassie is often sat dreaming of driving race cars and finding the world's greatest tiramisu!

Camila Correa

Camila was born at the foot of the Andes mountains in Colombia – a place where nature meets the city. She often feels like a character in a book, and enjoys night swimming, lucid dreaming, old photographs and experimental ice cream flavours.

Caroline Crowe

Caroline Crowe spent 10 years as a national newspaper journalist before swapping fact for fiction. She now spends her time indulging her love of silliness and writing picture books. When she’s not thinking up words that rhyme with pants, she most enjoys reading stories with her three young sons and eating salt and vinegar crisps.

Caroline Pitcher

Award-winning author Caroline Pitcher studied English and European Literature and went on to work as a primary school teacher for over twelve years. She is now a full-time author and has written picture books and children’s novels, as well as short stories. Caroline now lives in Derby with her family and often visits schools, libraries and bookshops in the area to talk to children about her writing.

Caroline Plaisted

Caroline Plaisted worked in publishing for several years before becoming a full-time writer, and is published by Bloomsbury, Simon and Schuster, Piccadilly Press and Scholastic. She was born and brought up in London and now lives in Ashford, Kent.
