Katie Cottle is a Welsh illustrator who now lives in Bristol. She's illustrated a number of children's books, and she's written a few, too. Katie uses lots of bright colours (orange being a particular favourite), lots of texture and has lots of fun with characters. When she's not drawing, she's probably hanging out with her cat (Beanie) or feeding the ducks that live nearby.
When not immersed in books, Josephine Collins enjoys ballet dancing, baking, and singing with her boys (husband and son). She loves her work as a children’s book editor and writer.
Judi was born in Italy but now lives in North London with her family. She studied Illustration at art school in Milan. She usually works with acrylics, collage and colour pencils. When Judi’s not painting she loves discovering the secret world of animals and travelling the world!
Judy West has taught English in many parts of the world and has published several books of language instruction. Have You Got My Purr? is her first picture book. Judy lives in London with her husband and two children. In her spare time she enjoys travel, music, painting and singing.
Julia was born in Stamford and trained as an architect. She loves the countryside and nature, finding it a pool of inspiration to draw on in her writing. Julia now lives in Gosport with her husband and three children and hopes one day to get back to doing pottery – once her children have all grown up! She has published 12 picture books, translated into many languages.
Julio Antonio Blasco, a graduate in Fine Arts, has been working as an illustrator for over 20 years. He has worked for companies in the graphic design sector and now only lives to illustrate, well, also for his little dog Lupita, his house, his plants and his family. He loves to enjoy food and wine.
