Becca Stadtlander is a freelance illustrator and fine artist, inspired by the beauty of everyday objects, the comforts of home, and the lush colors and landscapes of faroff places. She attended the Maryland Institute College of Art (BFA 2010) and currently lives and works in her hometown of Covington, Kentucky. Her work is featured on stationery, home decor products, editorial publications, young adult, and children’s books.

Alessia was born in southern Italy in 1990 but grew up in Rome, where she still lives. She has wanted to be an illustrator since she was a child but she hasn’t excluded the possibility of becoming an astronaut. After graduating in 2013 with an Animation Degree from the International School of Comics in Rome, Alessia has worked as background artist for some of the most important animation studios in Italy. She currently works as a freelance artist on various animation and illustration projects.

Abeeha Tariq is thrilled to be working as a childrenβs book illustrator, after many years dreaming of it. She adores all things colourful and sparkly β and finds great inspiration in them. When she’s not working, she loves to read, travel and spend time with her loved ones.
Alejandra Ruiz
Alejandra Ruiz is an illustrator, visual storyteller, and creative explorer. She was born in BogotΓ‘, but grew up in the small city of Manizales. With a love of animals, nature, and most importantly, her Colombian heritage, she includes a lot of these elements in her work. Alejandra loves the colour green and is an avid reader and coffee lover. When she is not working you can find her cooking, baking, reading, or cuddling with her cats.

Abigail Hookham started her creative career in the games industry as a concept and visual development artist, before pursuing her dream to illustrate children’s books. She has a deep-set love for creating atmospheric, colourful scenes that evoke wonder and intrigue. When not lost in a painting you might find her potting up flowers and vegetables in her garden with her husband.
Ag Jatkowska

Ag Jatkowska dreamed of being an artist from a very young age and graduated from the University of Fine Arts in Gdansk, Poland with a MA in Graphic Design and Illustration. Ag now lives in Bath and works as a full-time illustrator. She really enjoys illustrating children and animal characters, creating their personalities visually, and making them come alive on the page. In her spare time she loves practising yoga, discovering new places and taking long walks with her husband.
Adam Douglas-Bagley
Adam Douglas-Bagley is an illustrator and storyteller from South London with a deep passion for creating fantastical worlds and populating them with an array of whimsical characters. He has always created illustrations with a story in mind and many of the books Adam read as a child still heavily inspire his work today. He hopes to one day inspire the next generation of illustrators to pick up a pencil and start spinning their own tales. Adam won a Commended place in the 2020 FAB Prize.
