Nicola Kent

Nicola Kent is an award-winning author and illustrator of children’s books. She won the Independent Booksellers’ Best New Illustrator Award (2019) and has been shortlisted in both the World Illustration Awards and the Teach Primary Book Awards. She lives in London with her partner, two children, a cat and a dog, and a very untidy desk.

Noodle Fuel

Noodle Fuel is a creative partnership that brings brilliant brain-bursting books to life. Sarah Walden is a veteran of the UK’s publishing landscape working at a strategic level in buying, sourcing and retail. Her husband, Mark, is a children’s author and ex-computer game designer. They formed Noodle Fuel in 2020 to create exciting high-octane content for children of all ages, from 1 to 100.

Owen Hart

Owen takes a walk in the woods with his dog Bradford whenever he’s in need of a new idea. He lives directly above a bookshop and is sure that all the wonderful stories below seep into his dreams at night.

Pau Morgan

Pau is an illustrator and designer based in Chile. She enjoys reading children’s books, cooking, knitting, cycling and drinking tea. After working as an art director for ten years, Pau won an illustration competition and began illustrating full-time. Her clients include The Quarto Group, Penguin Random House, Anorak Magazine, Usborne Publishing, Oxford University Press, SM Ediciones, and Smithsonian.

Nikolas Ilic

Nikolas Ilic is an Emmy Award winning artist working in both animation and children's books. Originally from Toronto Canada, he now resides in sunny Los Angeles with his wife, son and two dogs. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, woodworking and gardening.

Olga Demidova

Olga studied traditional applied arts and then animation in Moscow. She worked for several years at animation productions and after that found herself very interested in illustrating children’s books. Since 2010 she’s worked with many publishers around the world.
