Brian is an award-winning, Irish illustrator who lives and works in the harbour town of Dún Laoghaire. His earliest illustrations often featured the sheep and horses that could be seen from his childhood home – a farmhouse on the Curragh plains. Brian studied at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin where he discovered his love for illustrating children’s books.

Brendan Kearney lives and works in the South West of England with his family and little dog, Crumble.
He has loved drawing since he was a kid and feels very lucky to be able to draw for a living. He particularly enjoys drawing animals (especially sloths). When he isn’t drawing, he enjoys playing guitar and exploring the woods and rivers of Dartmoor.

Ben Sanders hasn’t stopped drawing since he was a kid. Decades later he still draws . . . and he’s still a kid. Ben lived in the High Andes of Bolivia for several years but his studio can now be found somewhere in Australia. He really dislikes beetroot, so please don’t offer him any.

Becky Wilson is a children's author with a passion for funny books. She lives in Wiltshire with her family, a whippet, a fish and a pair of aquarium snails called Gary and Patrick. She loves eating crisps and dancing round the kitchen. Often, at the same time.
Bee Chuck grew up in Yorkshire and graduated from Falmouth School of Art and in 2020 with a first class degree in Illustration. Bee identifies as non-binary and their preferred pronouns are they/them. Their main inspirations are children’s drawings, nature and their desire to make the world a better place through art. Bee loves being outdoors and filling their sketchbooks with drawings of all sorts of flowers, birds, insects and plants which inspire and populate their narrative illustration. Bee’s biggest influence growing up was their grandma Mary, who is a poet and an artist and encouraged Bee to create, draw and paint in all sorts of different mediums and styles.
Beth Chambers started off her career penning horse and pony adventures before moving into the slightly darker realm of psychological thrillers and fantasy. She now has over thirty books published and lives in Wales with her husband, three sons and numerous (decidedly female) pets.
