Data Protection & Privacy Policy

In May 2018 the European Union introduced a new regulation to ensure privacy for every individual. This new regulation is called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

At Little Tiger Group we guarantee our commitment to respecting and protecting your personal data and online privacy.

This includes your right to know what we do with the personal information you share with us. It also guides our company’s policies regarding the management of this data, including how the information is collected, processed, stored and for what purposes.

By accessing this website you are consenting to the way information is collected and used, as described within this Data Protection & Privacy Policy.

In return, Little Tiger Group gives the commitment that your personal data will only be used in ways that are compatible with your wishes, will be stored securely where it is necessary for us to do so, and is compliant with this Data Protection & Privacy Policy.
We will never pass on your information to other parties without your consent. We may be obliged by law to pass on information to official organisations, for example the Police. We never pass information to any marketing companies.

Any information that we do hold about you is under the GDPR basis of ‘Legitimate Interests’ or ‘Consent’. If at any point you do not wish us to hold some of your information then please contact us and we will happily remove it.

The Little Tiger Group takes data security very seriously. All of our computer systems are encrypted, meaning that even if a computer was removed the data would be unreadable. Our internet connection has a business grade firewall and all e-mails are security scanned for malicious content. Our passwords are strong and changed on a regular basis. Our staff regularly review the information we are holding and how it is being stored.

The collection of information
Every time you log on to our website your IP (Internet Protocol) address registers on our servers. Your IP address reveals no information other than the number assigned to you. We do not use this technology to get any personal data against your knowledge or free will. Nor do we use it for any purpose other than to help us monitor traffic on our website, or, in case of criminal activity or misuse of our information, to cooperate with law enforcement.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect information about visitor behaviour on our website. Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on. This analytics data is collected via a JavaScript tag in the pages of our site and is not tied to personally identifiable information. We therefore do not collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are.

You can find out more about how Google safeguards data in regards to its analytics service here
